Band Fees: 2nd semester band fees/rental fees are now due! Please start sending this in if you remember how much you owe. Band boosters will be placing letters in your student’s locker at school with the remaining balance on them. It is extremely important that every student pay their fees so we can continue to take trips, plan social events, fund contest and concert performances, and many more things! Please email me with any questions.
Bass Hall Trip CHAPERONES NEEDED: The entire MMS Band is attending the UNT One O’Clock Lab Band (jazz band) performance at Bass Hall on Monday, January 28. We desperately need 13 chaperones from about 9:30-Noon on this day! This is a very easy trip to chaperone—simply come to school dressed in ‘Sunday Best’ and help us make sure students are quiet during the concert. Your ticket to the concert is free! Email me ASAP if you are able to chaperone.
Listening Times: Every student needs to sign up with a 10 minute listening time with me. The sign up is posted on my door—first come, first serve! During this 10 minutes, I will let the student play as many Objectives for me as possible, OR ask for help on Objectives they are struggling with.
